Wilson Brothers Automotive is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage our privacy.

 

The following principles apply:

a. The owner of the vehicle should notify Wilson Brothers Automotive operator's or staff in advance if any dash cam is installed in their vehicle before or/when the vehicle is delivered to Wilson Brothers Automotive site or/workshop.

b. Wilson Brothers Automotive staff have the right to conduct and inspect over the customer vehicle when its on Wilson Brothers Automotive site or/workshop to determine if a dash cam is installed in the customer vehicle.

c. Wilson Brothers Automotive staff have the right to switch off or/ inactivate or/unplugged or/stop the recording of the dash cam at time of the customer vehicle in Wilson Brothers Automotive site or/workshop without any notice in advance to or/with customer.

d. Wilson Brothers Automotive staff cannot be held responsible if dash cam is not plugged back in after the customer car been inspected or repaired, although Wilson Brothers Automotive or staff would more likely have the customer dash cam connected or/plugged back or/ switched on.

e. Any recording obtained from a customer vehicle during the time the vehicle is on Wilson Brothers Automotive premises or/site or/workshop cannot be use for any purposes including legally without any  advance written consent from  Wilson Brothers Automotive.
